WHO WE ARE
We are a hub for ecological innovation and leadership development. Inspired by water, we engage with young people through science, technology, and the arts.
Our flagship ClearWater Farm, launched in 2016 on Lake Simcoe, is a ‘living lab’ where:
We extend our vision and impact for kids 6 to 10 and families across Canada and beyond through the Potatoverse, a new planet-positive metaverse for kids featuring Potato the time-travelling chicken.
OUR FLAGSHIP INITIATIVE
ClearWater Farm is a historic farmstead on Lake Simcoe being reimagined as an operating eco-farm, training centre, and place for events that connects people with nature and fosters understanding about the role of water in sustainable food production, economic growth, and healthy communities.
OUR OUTREACH
To meet today’s kids where they “live,” we introduce them to the wonders of the natural world on their screened devices, encouraging them to get outside and explore, and helping make them take action for a more sustainable future. The interactive hub for the Potatoverse the planet-positive metaverse of hands-on fun, learning and action inspired by ClearWater Farm is Futurechicken.com. It’s a go-to place for kids, teachers and parents.
